Tasting Box Order Form

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SUBMITTING INQUIRY:
Her Little Cakery specializes in custom cake designs using buttercream as the main medium. As a buttercream artist, I do not offer fondant covered cakes. Fondant will only be used when necessary. The following techniques & materials in my designs when needed: Live florals, chocolate, minimal fondant or gum paste, sugar work, edible images, rice paper, wafer paper, hand painting, palette knife work, sprinkles and custom toppers. 
Each tasting box is $50 and includes 3 cake, 3 filling, 3 frosting options and a wedding tea sachet. Each is packaged individually so you can mix and match to create the perfect cake. Add an additional cake, filling and frosting for $14. Once form is received you will get an invoice within 48 hours to confirm order.
Tasting boxes are available once per month on select dates and pick up times are scheduled.

ALLERGEN WARNING: All products produced by Her Little Cakery may come into contact with MILK, WHEAT, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, and EGGS. I do take extra precautions when preparing products for customers with allergies, however I cannot guarantee that they will be free from all traces of the aforementioned allergens. Her Little Cakery does not offer gluten free or sugar free options.
PRIVACY: I consent to sharing my information with Her Little Cakery, LLC for the purpose of correspondence regarding my inquiry. I understand my information will be stored solely for this purpose and kept private.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is required 1 week prior to pick up or order will be automatically canceled. 

PICK UP POLICY: Pick up times are scheduled at certain times to guarantee Her Little Cakery availability. If you are unable to make your scheduled time please contact HLC immediately. Refunds will not be permitted for no-show pick ups.
