Wedding Cake Inquiry Form

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SUBMITTING INQUIRY:
Her Little Cakery specializes in custom cake designs using buttercream as the main medium. As a buttercream artist, I do not offer fondant covered cakes. Fondant will only be used when necessary. The following techniques & materials in my designs when needed: Live florals, chocolate, minimal fondant or gum paste, sugar work, edible images, rice paper, wafer paper, hand painting, palette knife work, sprinkles and custom toppers. Please note: I DO NOT offer character theme cakes or desserts.
Please attach inspiration photos, vision boards, color schemes, etc.

ALLERGEN WARNING: All products produced by Her Little Cakery may come into contact with MILK, WHEAT, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, and EGGS. I do take extra precautions when preparing products for customers with allergies, however I cannot guarantee that they will be free from all traces of the aforementioned allergens. Her Little Cakery does not offer gluten free or sugar free options - I only offer GLUTEN FRIENDLY.

SAVE THE DATE & PAYMENT POLICY: Wedding events require a signed contract and $150 non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event or order will be cancelled. Deposit does go toward final cost. Please note this submission does not secure your date.
